He is a member of the IAA and served as District II President, Vice President & Board of Directors. He served a 4 year term on IAA State Board of Directors. Neal Snyder joined Metzger Property Services in January 2022. He grew up in Andrews, Indiana and is the son of Bill and Mary Snyder. Neal started working at Wabash Auction when he was 16 years old. Neal graduated from Reppert School of Auctioneering in 1994. Throughout his time as an auctioneer, Neal has done benefit auctions for the Andrews Fire Department, Sheet’s Museum, 4-H fairs and many others. Justin Nicodemus is a 2008 graduate of Reppert School of Auctioneering. He started calling auctions when he was 14 years old. Justin is a row crop and hay farmer. He also raises registered Shorthorn and Charolais cattle. He has been dealing in farm equipment since he was 12 years old.
